Stop stitching freelancers together.

A transformation in practice
From a dated brochure site to a premium leasing experience.
The original site made a premium apartment development feel ordinary. The redesign creates aspiration, puts available apartments and floor plans first, and makes the next step obvious.

When design has no clear owner
You should not have to become the project manager for your own design work.
The website has one owner. Campaigns have another. Product has someone else. Every request starts with another search, another brief, another review cycle, and another version of the brand.
Every request starts with another explanation.
The specialist changes. The business context gets lost. You pay for the learning curve again.
Each piece looks fine. Together, the brand feels patchy.
The website, campaigns, product, and sales materials stop feeling like the same company.
The team ships what was requested, not always what matters most.
Production moves, but nobody is prioritizing the design work against the business.
Design work keeps landing back on your plate.
You are reviewing, coordinating, and making decisions that should already be owned.
The real cost is not a bad-looking page.
It is lost focus, slower execution, and no one responsible for the whole customer experience. One senior owner
You do not need more design vendors. You need one person who can see the whole business.
Design Acquire becomes the senior design partner inside your company. I learn the product, customers, brand, and priorities once, then use that context to decide what should improve next.
- 01No re-briefingYour business context stays with the work
- 02One clear priorityA shared list of what matters now and next
- 03Senior judgmentDecide what should be built before production begins
- 04One consistent standardEvery customer touchpoint feels like the same company
- 05Less managementWeekly progress without you coordinating the work
What we design
Make every customer touchpoint easier to understand, trust, and act on.
The work follows the business problem, not a narrow production menu.
Websites + conversion
The website gets traffic, but the value is not obvious.
Clarify the offer, navigation, proof, mobile experience, inquiry flow, and the next step.
Campaigns + growth
Campaigns keep launching, but nothing feels connected.
Create ads, landing pages, email, sales materials, and launch assets that feel like one campaign.
Product + customer experience
The product is changing faster than the customer experience.
Improve signup, onboarding, workflows, interfaces, and the moments where customers get stuck.
Brand + credibility
The company has grown, but the brand still looks like the earlier version.
Create the systems, proof, and customer-facing materials that make the business feel established.
Continuous by design
The work never stays done. Your design partner should not disappear after launch.
New campaigns launch. Products change. Pages age. Competitors improve. Instead of commissioning another redesign every time, keep the customer experience current through focused improvements every week.

Business outcomes, by design
Proof that better design can change how a company sells, grows, and leads.
The deliverable changes. The standard does not: make the business easier to understand, choose, and grow.

Evey Events / Co-founder + go-to-market lead
From $0 ARR to a multi-seven-figure exit.
I led virtually every part of commercializing Evey outside engineering: product strategy, UX/UI, brand, positioning, website, paid acquisition, onboarding, campaigns, sales assets, and launch production.
Trello / Lead product + growth designer
Helping millions of people understand a new Trello by letting them use it immediately.
Customer research, product strategy, onboarding, UX/UI, education, animation, narration, and launch storytelling worked as one experience.

CoLab Software / Director of Design
Built the design organization from 1 to 6.
Led product, brand, research, design systems, new concepts, and the team practices needed to scale quality.

Paloma / Product, brand + go-to-market
One connected foundation for product, brand, website, and launch.
Strategy, positioning, identity, UX/UI, website, marketing assets, and video. Paloma later secured $750K in seed funding.

Trello Mobile / Lead designer
A cross-platform redesign built to improve today and scale tomorrow.
Led product strategy and end-to-end UX/UI across iPhone and Android.

Levin / Founder, designer, operator
Senior design judgment from someone who has had to make the sale.
I have funded ideas personally, acquired the first customers, watched onboarding metrics, built design teams, shipped products used by millions, and sold a software company.
That operating range means Design Acquire can work across the website, campaign, product, brand, customer journey, and internal design system without losing sight of the business outcome.
Apply to work togetherOne flagship partnership
One senior partner. One clear priority.
Meaningful progress every week for established companies that need senior design across the business, but do not need another full-time hire.
90-day initial commitment. Month to month afterward.
Apply to work togetherHow the partnership works
- One shared priority list
- One primary active workstream
- Weekly design and delivery
- Senior strategy and execution
- Context that compounds every month
- Website, growth, product, brand, and customer-experience design
- Implementation within clearly supported platforms
- Direct collaboration with Levin
This is not a queue of disconnected design tasks. We keep one shared priority list, choose what matters most, and move one primary workstream until it ships or reaches the agreed milestone.
Qualification
This is for companies that have outgrown the way design gets done today.
- The business already works, but the customer experience is holding it back
- You have more design work than one internal person can own
- You do not need full-time headcount, but production help is not enough
- The same company needs work across website, campaigns, product, and brand
- A small improvement in conversion, activation, or sales velocity would be meaningful
- You need an occasional logo or social post
- You are pre-revenue with no validated offer
- You are looking only for the lowest hourly rate
- You need a complete engineering organization or advanced custom development
- You expect design alone to guarantee revenue
A guarantee tied to what we control
By day 30, you will have a roadmap and a shipped improvement.
If Design Acquire does not complete onboarding, deliver the initial 90-day roadmap, and ship the first agreed improvement within 30 days, I continue working without an additional monthly fee until those commitments are complete.
Assumes timely access, feedback, approvals, and no delays caused by third parties or technical dependencies outside the agreed scope. Final terms are defined in the service agreement.

Clear answers before you apply.
Can we add more work to the priority list?
Yes. You can add requests as the business changes. Together, we keep one shared priority list and one primary active workstream so the most important work keeps moving.
How many requests are active at once?
One primary workstream is active at a time. Small support requests may be handled alongside it when capacity allows, but the priority stays explicit.
How quickly will work be delivered?
Many focused requests move in two to four business days. Larger initiatives receive a clear estimate and milestones. The first agreed improvement begins or ships within seven days of receiving the required access and direction.
What can Design Acquire design?
Websites, landing pages, campaigns, advertising, sales materials, brand systems, customer journeys, product and AI interfaces, onboarding, forms, portals, prototypes, and other customer-facing experiences.
Do you implement websites too?
Yes, within clearly supported platforms and technical scope, including common website builders and focused HTML/CSS changes. Complex custom engineering, advanced integrations, photography, ad spend, and specialist development are separate.
Can you work with our developers or marketing team?
Yes. Design Acquire can operate as the senior design function inside an existing team, creating direction, assets, systems, prototypes, and implementation-ready decisions.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. The partnership starts with a 90-day commitment, then continues month to month.
Can you guarantee more leads or customers?
No. Design can improve clarity, credibility, conversion opportunities, and customer experience, but it cannot control traffic, pricing, sales, seasonality, or the market. The delivery guarantee covers onboarding, the roadmap, and the first agreed improvement.
How is this different from hiring a freelancer?
You are not hiring a production designer to follow isolated instructions. You are adding a senior partner who learns the business, helps prioritize the work, sees the full customer journey, and maintains one standard over time.
Who owns the design files?
You own the approved project files and final deliverables produced for your business, subject to the service agreement and any third-party licensing terms.
One less thing on your plate.
Give the whole customer experience one senior owner.
Stop finding, briefing, and coordinating a different person for every request. Add a design partner who knows the business and keeps the right work moving.
