01 Why this notice matters

Design Acquire may use probabilistic AI systems to support research, synthesis, ideation, copy exploration, prototyping, image generation, analysis, and production. These systems do not possess human judgment, verify every fact, understand context exactly as a person would, or guarantee a predictable result. AI output is treated as unverified draft material that requires human review.

02 Output quality and accuracy

AI-assisted material may contain:

• misspelled, malformed, incomplete, or invented text;
• incorrect names, dates, prices, claims, contact details, citations, or facts;
• visual artefacts, inconsistent objects, distorted people, or unintended details;
• biased, stereotypical, offensive, or culturally inappropriate content;
• material unsuitable for the intended audience, platform, or purpose; or
• elements that resemble existing work or output created for another user.

A confident explanation or polished visual does not mean the underlying content has been verified.

03 References, revisions, and production

AI tools may alter a logo, face, product, colour, layout, word, or other reference detail during generation or revision. Compare each concept and revision with the source material before approval.

Requested dimensions do not guarantee compliance with current platform safe zones, responsive behaviour, print bleed, colour profiles, accessibility requirements, code standards, or file limits. Final work must be checked in its real destination and production context.

04 Intellectual-property and commercial risk

AI output may be non-unique and may unintentionally resemble copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected material. Design Acquire does not guarantee that AI-assisted material is protectable, exclusive, or free of third-party rights. Before commercial use, confirm rights to submitted references and review the final work for names, images, voices, trademarks, licences, and other protected material.

05 Privacy and sensitive information

Prompts, uploads, references, and project context may be processed by the providers described in our Privacy Policy. Do not provide trade secrets, passwords, payment-card data, health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive information unless you are authorized to do so, it is essential to the work, and the processing approach has been agreed.

06 Third-party and service risk

AI-assisted workflows depend on third-party models, storage, hosting, design, and production providers. Model behaviour, availability, latency, safeguards, pricing, or provider policies may change, and services may be interrupted. We cannot guarantee permanent compatibility or identical results from the same instruction.

07 Human review before use

Before publishing, printing, developing, advertising, sharing, or relying on AI-assisted work:

• verify every word, number, date, claim, price, link, citation, and contact detail;
• inspect imagery at full size for artefacts, unintended edits, and reference accuracy;
• confirm responsive behaviour, dimensions, safe zones, bleed, accessibility, and destination requirements;
• confirm rights, licences, releases, consents, and required AI disclosures;
• have a qualified person review regulated or professional content; and
• proof the final production file, build, or campaign before release or media spend.

08 No professional advice or outcome warranty

AI-assisted work does not provide legal, medical, financial, compliance, advertising, printing, or other professional advice. It does not guarantee accuracy, originality, non-infringement, accessibility, conversion, revenue, or fitness for a particular purpose. The client remains responsible for final business, legal, regulatory, and publication decisions.

09 Acknowledgment and updates

By approving or using AI-assisted work, you acknowledge the inherent uncertainty of AI output and agree to evaluate it before use. This notice supplements our Terms of Service and AI Acceptable Use Policy. We may update it as AI technology, our services, or applicable requirements evolve.
